Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

We want our cancellation policy to be straightforward. Here's what you need to know.

Cancelling a Session

24-hour notice required. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your session start time.

• Cancel more than 24 hours before your session — you receive a full refund to your original payment method, minus a $10 processing fee.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before your session — the session fee is forfeited in full. No refund will be issued.
• Miss your session (no-show) — the session fee is forfeited in full. No refund will be issued.

Sessions Paid with Credits

If you used tutoring credits (from a package purchase or gift card), the credit hours are restored to your account when you cancel more than 24 hours in advance. No $10 fee is deducted from credit-based cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the credit hours used.

Refunding a Tutoring Plan or Package

Refund requests for unused tutoring plans and packages must be submitted in writing to hello@premierexamprep.com within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Refunds are only available if no sessions included in the plan have been scheduled or completed.

• Approved plan refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.
• Plans with used sessions — once any session has been scheduled or completed, the plan is considered final and is not eligible for a refund.

Refunding an AI Tutor Subscription

You can cancel your AI Tutor subscription at any time from your member dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and the subscription will not auto-renew.

If you request a refund for an AI Tutor subscription that has already been used during the current billing period, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Cancel

1. Log in to your member dashboard.
2. Open your AI Tutor subscription in your account.
3. Click "Cancel subscription" and confirm. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Your tutor is notified automatically by email. You do not need to contact them separately.

Rescheduling a Session

Need a different time? You can reschedule for free as long as you do it more than 24 hours before your original session.

• More than 24 hours before — reschedule at no cost. Pick a new time from your tutor's availability in your member dashboard.
• Less than 24 hours before — rescheduling is closed. You would need to cancel (forfeiting the fee) and book a new session.

Tutor-Initiated Cancellations

If your tutor cancels a session for any reason, you receive a full refund with no processing fee, or your credits are fully restored. We will do our best to help you rebook with the same tutor or find a suitable alternative.

Late Arrivals

If you join a session late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Your tutor is not required to extend the session. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notifying your tutor, the tutor may mark the session as a no-show at their discretion.

Technical Difficulties

If a platform or technical issue on our end prevents the session from taking place, you will receive a full refund or full credit restoration at no charge. Please contact us at hello@premierexamprep.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Refund Timeline

Refunds to your original payment method (credit or debit card) typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Credit restorations to your account happen immediately.

Repeated Cancellations

We understand that plans change. However, a pattern of frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a review of your account and could affect your ability to book future sessions.
