Premier MCAT Prep
The first complete platform: tutoring, a structured course, free books, a question bank, admissions tools, and a score guarantee.
About Premier Exam Prep
Premier Exam Prep builds tutoring, practice, and free resources for high-stakes admissions, licensing, and professional exams.
Our mission
Students do not need another generic prep catalog. They need a clear path from current score to target score, practice that behaves like the real test, and help from people who have already succeeded on the exam.
Our vision is a unified exam-prep company where each vertical has its own subject expertise, but every student gets the same standard: transparent pricing, strong content, diagnostic practice, and real human support.
Our story
The company began with Premier MCAT Prep, founded by Peter Takacs, MD, after scoring a 527 on the MCAT. The goal was practical: build the prep platform he wished existed, led by people who had actually beaten the exam and structured around how the test really scores students.
That flagship platform now includes tutoring, a course, free study guides, practice access, admissions tools, and a score guarantee. Premier Exam Prep is the next step: the company-level home for applying that same operating standard to more exams.
The first complete platform: tutoring, a structured course, free books, a question bank, admissions tools, and a score guarantee.
Every exam gets the same standard for content, practice, tutoring, and student support.
Casper and AAMC PREview prep are available now, and early-access lists for LSAT, SAT, NCLEX, CPA, and GRE are open ahead of each launch.
Each new exam opens only when the course, practice experience, and tutor standards are strong enough to carry the Premier name.
Our values
Everything we build has to make the student's next decision clearer: what to study, how to practice, and when to ask for help.
We build from exam behavior, score data, and student outcomes rather than broad claims about motivation or effort.
Pricing, guarantees, tutor qualifications, and availability should be visible before a student has to book a call.
A question bank is only useful when explanations improve reasoning, not just answer checking.
Software can organize prep, but high-stakes exams still need instructors who have personally cleared the bar.
Free study guides, tools, and fee-assistance paths make strong prep less dependent on who can pay first.
Exam network
Each exam gets its own dedicated materials and subject expertise. The shared company standard is what keeps the experience coherent across MCAT, LSAT, SAT, NCLEX, CPA, Casper, AAMC PREview, and GRE.
Giving back
We publish free study guides, calculators, school-selection tools, and strategy resources because students should be able to start making progress before they buy anything.
As the network grows, fee assistance and partnerships will remain part of how we build. Strong prep should be easier to find, easier to understand, and less dependent on upfront spending.
Careers
We are looking for high-scoring tutors, curriculum writers, question authors, and exam specialists who care about teaching clearly. Premier MCAT Prep is fully up and running, and the broader network is expanding across LSAT, SAT, NCLEX, CPA, Casper, AAMC PREview, GRE, and future high-stakes exams.
The standard is the same across the company: know the exam deeply, explain hard ideas without performance theater, and build resources that make a student's next step easier to see.
