Why our students see real results

We don't hide our data like other companies. We put it front and center. Our selection process ensures every tutor combines a top MCAT score with a genuine love for teaching.

It doesn't stop at 16 points

The average improvement is 16.13 points. About 55% of students score 16+ points higher, and 24% score more than 20 points higher. And we publish the full dataset — most big-name companies don't.

A higher score changes everything

A proven approach to MCAT mastery

Every student begins with our full-length diagnostic exam. Your tutor crafts a study plan tailored to your specific strengths and weaknesses, then works with you until you hit your target.

Weekly Meetings

Most students meet with their tutor once or twice per week, typically for two hours. If you need less, that's okay. You start when you want and end when you want.

At each session, your tutor will help you:

  • Get thorough explanations to your questions about homework or test questions
  • Make adjustments to your study plan as needed
  • Determine weaknesses, or cover new content
  • Get assignments that your tutor believes will be most useful before test day

Custom Study Schedule

The MCAT study schedule is one of the hardest things to create. Every person is different: hobbies, family, friends, research, shadowing, and everything else important in the life of a pre-med comes first.

Our tutors work with you to create the best schedule possible. They know what it takes to get that score and they can help you do it too. We have tutors in every time zone, from early morning to late night.

Our Promise

Score Increase Guarantee

We're confident in our tutors and our process. If you put in the work and don't see results, the clearly defined remedies below apply.

Overview

Eligible learners who complete a qualifying tutoring package and meet all conditions described below may be eligible for one of the remedies described in this section. Not every product or arrangement is eligible for this guarantee.

The guarantee remedy is limited to extensions of self-service online resources, a complimentary Recovery Consultation where applicable, and the opportunity to purchase Recovery Tutoring Hours at a discount where applicable. No cash refunds, tuition refunds, tutoring-hour credits, free tutoring, free group sessions, free AI Tutor access, or other monetary or in-kind compensation will be issued under any circumstances.

Tier-Based Remedy Structure

The available remedy depends on the tutoring tier purchased and the number of hours purchased in a single transaction. All references to “extension of online resources” mean an extension of access to the resources defined under “Online Resources,” and nothing more. Packages below the listed tier minimums, ad-hoc single sessions, hour bundles purchased à la carte, and any package not purchased in a single transaction are not eligible for any guarantee remedy.

Standard Tier

515+ Tutoring

Minimum 30 hours in a single purchase (the 40-hour package qualifies)

No score increase from verified baseline

A two (2) month extension of access to Premier MCAT Prep online resources.

Score increased but below documented goal

The score-below-goal remedy is not available at this tier.

Foundations Tier

510+ Tutoring

Minimum 30 hours in a single purchase (the 40-hour package qualifies)

No score increase from verified baseline

A one (1) month extension of access to Premier MCAT Prep online resources.

Score increased but below documented goal

The score-below-goal remedy is not available at this tier.

Definition of “Online Resources”

For purposes of this guarantee, “Premier MCAT Prep online resources” means only the following self-service, non-instructor digital products, accessed through the learner's existing Premier MCAT Prep account:

  1. The Premier MCAT Prep Question Bank (Qbank), including Tutor and Test modes;
  2. Premier MCAT Prep practice exams (full-length and section-level), if included in the original purchased package;
  3. Premier MCAT Prep End-of-Chapter question sets;
  4. Performance analytics and review tools tied to the products listed above.

“Online resources” expressly does not include, and no remedy under this guarantee shall be construed to provide:

  • Any one-on-one tutoring, in any format (live, recorded, asynchronous, or written);
  • Any group sessions, office hours, webinars, cohort programs, or live classes;
  • The Premier MCAT Prep AI Tutor, AI chatbot, voice-based AI features, or any AI-powered explanation or coaching product;
  • Admissions consulting, application review, personal statement review, letter of recommendation services, or interview preparation;
  • Tutor email support, tutor-assigned homework review, or any other instructor-mediated support;
  • AAMC materials, third-party prep materials, or any external content licensed by or resold through Premier MCAT Prep;
  • Score reporting services, score consultations, or any post-exam review by a tutor or staff member, except as expressly provided under the Recovery Consultation;
  • Any product, service, or feature added to the Premier MCAT Prep catalog after the date of purchase.

If a product is ambiguous or unlisted, it is not included in the remedy. Premier MCAT Prep is the sole arbiter of what constitutes an “online resource” for guarantee purposes.

Definition of “Goal” (Premium Tier Only)

The score-below-goal remedy is available only to Premium Tier learners whose verified baseline score is 501 or below. Learners with a verified baseline of 502 or higher are not eligible for the score-below-goal remedy under any circumstances, regardless of the score they targeted, discussed, documented, or were quoted by a tutor or any Premier MCAT Prep representative. Such learners remain eligible only for the no-score-increase remedy described in the Premium Tier section above.

For eligible learners (verified baseline of 501 or below), “Goal” means the target total MCAT score documented in writing by the assigned tutor within the first two (2) completed tutoring sessions and explicitly acknowledged by the learner via reply email to guarantee@premierexamprep.com within twenty-four (24) hours of the tutor's written documentation. A goal that is not documented by the tutor and acknowledged by the learner in this exact manner does not exist for guarantee purposes, and the score-below-goal remedy is unavailable.

The documented goal score is subject to the following caps, applied in the order listed. Whichever cap produces the lowest permitted goal controls.

  1. The goal may not exceed the learner's verified baseline by more than one (1) point for every three (3) tutoring hours purchased in the qualifying transaction.
  2. The goal may not exceed 510, regardless of hours purchased or baseline score.
  3. The goal may not exceed the median MCAT score for matriculants to U.S. allopathic medical schools as published by the AAMC in effect at the date of purchase.

A goal that exceeds any applicable cap will be reduced to the lowest applicable cap for the purpose of evaluating any guarantee claim, without notice to the learner. Goals may not be modified, increased, replaced, or supplemented after the second completed tutoring session under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in the learner's target school list, retake plans, application timeline, or perceived progress.

Verbal statements, marketing materials, blog content, score range descriptions of tutor tiers (including “510+,” “515+,” and “520+”), tutor encouragement, social media posts, consultation conversations, and any other communications outside of the documented goal process described above do not constitute a goal for purposes of this guarantee and create no entitlement to any remedy.

Definition of Recovery Consultation

The Recovery Consultation is a single thirty (30) minute video call with a Director-level Premier MCAT Prep tutor for the purpose of reviewing the learner's preparation history, official MCAT score report, and possible next steps. The Recovery Consultation:

  1. Is not a tutoring session and does not constitute a tutoring hour for any purpose;
  2. Does not include content review, passage practice, problem-solving instruction, or any tutor-led instructional content;
  3. Is non-transferable, may not be split into multiple shorter sessions, and may not be extended;
  4. Must be scheduled within thirty (30) days of remedy approval and completed within sixty (60) days of remedy approval. Unscheduled or unattended consultations are forfeited;
  5. May be declined by the learner without affecting other remedy components.
Definition of Recovery Tutoring Hours

Recovery Tutoring Hours, where offered under the Premium Tier no-score-increase remedy, are additional one-on-one tutoring hours that the learner may purchase at a fifty percent (50%) discount off the then-current published 520+ Tutoring rate, subject to all of the following conditions, all of which apply individually and cumulatively:

  1. Cycle-delay restriction. Recovery Tutoring Hours may not be scheduled, attended, or redeemed within sixty (60) days prior to any official MCAT exam date for which the learner is registered or intends to register. Learners must provide written confirmation of their next official MCAT date prior to scheduling any Recovery Tutoring Hour. Recovery Tutoring Hours scheduled or redeemed in violation of this restriction are forfeited and the discount is voided.
  2. Pacing cap. A maximum of five (5) Recovery Tutoring Hours may be scheduled or redeemed in any rolling thirty (30) day period.
  3. Redemption window. All Recovery Tutoring Hours must be purchased and redeemed within one hundred eighty (180) days of remedy approval. Unredeemed hours expire automatically without notice and without compensation.
  4. No combining. The Recovery Tutoring Hour discount may not be combined with any other promotion, scholarship, sale, referral credit, or discount of any kind. Recovery Tutoring Hours purchased during a sale period are charged at the higher of the sale rate or fifty percent (50%) off the standard published rate.
  5. Tutor assignment. Premier MCAT Prep reserves sole discretion in assigning the tutor for any Recovery Tutoring Hour. The learner is not entitled to the same tutor as in the original tutoring package, and is not entitled to a Director-level or Founder-level tutor unless one is offered by Premier MCAT Prep.
  6. Same eligibility rules apply. Recovery Tutoring Hours are subject to the same attendance, cancellation, no-show, and rescheduling rules as standard tutoring hours. Late cancellations and no-shows during Recovery Tutoring forfeit the affected hour at no refund.
  7. No further guarantee. Recovery Tutoring Hours, the resulting study period, and any subsequent official MCAT exam are expressly excluded from any further guarantee under this policy or any successor policy. The remedy provided under this guarantee constitutes the sole and final resolution.
  8. Non-transferable and non-refundable. Recovery Tutoring Hours may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or assigned. Amounts paid for Recovery Tutoring Hours are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Eligibility Requirements

All of the following must be satisfied for any tier:

  1. Learner must be a first-time Premier MCAT Prep customer with no prior refunds, credits, or free extensions on any Premier MCAT Prep product.
  2. The qualifying tutoring package must be purchased directly from Premier MCAT Prep at the standard published rate. Courses obtained through an authorized reseller, third-party institution, individually negotiated arrangement with a tutor, scholarship, promotional code providing twenty percent (20%) or more off the standard rate, or any non-standard payment arrangement are not eligible.
  3. The minimum tutoring hours threshold for the relevant tier must be met by hours purchased in a single transaction. Cumulative purchases across multiple transactions do not satisfy this requirement.
  4. Learners who upgrade from a non-guarantee tier or non-qualifying package into a tier or package that qualifies for the guarantee must complete the upgrade within thirty (30) calendar days of the original purchase. Upgrades made after thirty (30) days from the original purchase do not establish guarantee eligibility for the upgraded package.
  5. Baseline submission. A baseline score must be submitted to guarantee@premierexamprep.com within seven (7) calendar days of purchase. Accepted baselines are: (a) an official AAMC MCAT score from an exam taken within three (3) months prior to purchase and not previously voided, or (b) Premier MCAT Prep's diagnostic exam completed within seven (7) days of first login. The baseline exam must be a first attempt under standard timed conditions.
  6. All purchased tutoring hours must be attended live and completed in full. Sessions watched via recording, no-shows, late cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of session start, and rescheduling beyond two (2) sessions in the package will void the guarantee.
  7. All Premier MCAT Prep practice exams assigned by the tutor must be completed prior to the official MCAT exam date.
  8. A minimum of thirty (30) practice questions per purchased tutoring hour, drawn from Premier Qbank, End-of-Chapter material, or AAMC materials, must be completed prior to the official exam date. Questions completed outside Premier's tracking systems are not counted toward this requirement.
  9. All tutor-assigned homework must be completed and submitted to the tutor prior to the next scheduled session, with documentation (screenshots or platform-tracked completion) retained and produced upon request.
  10. The official MCAT must be taken within six (6) months of the first tutoring session.
  11. The official MCAT score submitted for guarantee evaluation must be the learner's first official MCAT taken on or after the first tutoring session. Voided exams do not satisfy this requirement.
  12. The learner may switch assigned tutors no more than one (1) time during the tutoring period without voiding the guarantee.
  13. There must be no evidence of account sharing, credential misuse, fraudulent documentation, or any attempt to circumvent the requirements of this guarantee. Premier MCAT Prep reserves the sole right to determine in good faith whether such evidence exists, and a finding under this section is grounds for immediate denial of any claim and forfeiture of all remedy components.
Redemption
  1. Download your official MCAT score report and email it to guarantee@premierexamprep.com within thirty (30) calendar days of score release. Late submissions are not eligible.
  2. Guarantee redemption may be requested once. A second request will not be considered regardless of circumstances.
  3. Premier MCAT Prep will verify that all eligibility conditions have been met before processing any claim. Verification may take up to thirty (30) calendar days from the date of complete submission. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions will be denied without further review and may not be resubmitted.
  4. Verification requires production of documented proof of compliance with all applicable Eligibility Requirements, including but not limited to attendance records, completed homework documentation, practice exam scores with timestamps, and Qbank/End-of-Chapter completion logs. Failure to produce any requested documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days of request results in denial of the claim.
  5. Once a remedy claim is approved and any remedy component (resource extension, Recovery Consultation, or first Recovery Tutoring Hour) is delivered, accepted, scheduled, or attended, the learner is deemed to have accepted the remedy in full satisfaction of all obligations under this guarantee. No additional or alternative remedy will be considered.
  6. Remedy under this guarantee constitutes the sole and final resolution. No additional claims, refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued beyond the remedy described herein.
Exclusions and Limitations
  1. Extensions of access granted under this guarantee apply only to resources the learner had active access to at the time of original course expiration. Resources not included in the original purchased package are not retroactively granted under any remedy.
  2. Extensions purchased beyond the original course expiration (including but not limited to AAMC resource add-ons, additional Premier resource time, or supplemental tutoring) are not covered under the guarantee and will not be refunded or credited.
  3. Amounts previously paid for account extensions, add-on products, or any product or service outside the qualifying tutoring package are non-refundable and are excluded from any guarantee remedy.
  4. Recovery Tutoring Hours and the Recovery Consultation are remedy components only and do not create any standalone product, service tier, or commitment outside the scope of this guarantee. Premier MCAT Prep makes no representation that Recovery Tutoring Hours will produce any specific score outcome, and any subsequent official MCAT score, regardless of result, is excluded from any further claim under this or any successor guarantee.
  5. Verbal goal statements, target scores discussed during consultations, score ranges referenced in tutor tier names, aspirational scores referenced in any marketing material, and any other communications outside the documented goal process described in the Definition of “Goal” section do not constitute a documented goal and create no eligibility for the score-below-goal remedy.
  6. Premier MCAT Prep reserves the sole right to determine, in good faith, whether all eligibility conditions have been met and what falls within the scope of “online resources,” “Recovery Consultation,” and “Recovery Tutoring Hours” for purposes of this guarantee.
  7. Premier MCAT Prep reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The terms in effect at the date of purchase apply to that learner's guarantee eligibility. Subsequent changes to these terms do not retroactively affect existing claims or eligibility.
  8. To the extent any provision of this guarantee is held unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable while preserving the original intent.
